If you have a question or need some help with your SeaLogs account, you can use our Help section and Feedback feature, located at the bottom of the page. To save time, check out this video here First off, you can locate our detailed Help section by going to the Main Menu > Help. This will take you through whether you would like information for the administrators or the masters. Alternatively, if you wish to contact the SeaLogs team, you can scroll down the page and click the Feedback button, accessible from any page: In the example below, we will be selecting the Draw on the screen option. Hover over the area where we wish to provide feedback. Add an arrow and/or we can add a comment and save. Click the Next button. Once we've done that, you will be asked to provide feedback on your experience. You also need to choose the priority. (Note: make sure you add in a correct email address so that we know where to reply too) Click the Send Feedback button. You will be prompted with a Thank you for the feedback window. Click close. Next, our SeaLogs team will be alerted with your feedback, and we can then follow up accordingly.
