You must be in Admin view to access your company’s account settings.
Go to the main menu > Settings > Account.
This will take you to a page showing your company’s entire fleet, your subscription details, and your payment history.
Vessels
In the Vessels section, all vessels in your company's entire fleet are listed.
If you wish to remove or reactivate a vessel, please refer to the instructions given in How to Remove a Vessel by clicking this link.
Subscription
Details of your subscription are shown.
If you wish to upgrade your subscription, refer to the instructions in How to Upgrade Your Subscription by clicking this link.
If you wish to activate/deactivate add-ons to your subscription, refer to the instructions in Payment and Subscription Info by clicking this link.
*Note: Changing the subscription type and add-ons will affect your subscription prices.
If your subscription is not yet active (“Subscription Not Active” mentioned at the bottom of your subscription details), you can activate it by clicking ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION as below.
