    Categories Setup

    in For Admin Teams

    This section allows you to add a new category and map it to a default filter group.



    To add a new category, go to the main menu > Settings > Invent/Tasks Setup > Categories.

    This will take you to the page below where you can add a new category, view, edit, or delete existing ones.



    To add a new category, click on the big black plus (+) button.

    Fill up the 'Name' field then select the appropriate category 'Type'.

    Note: The 'Type' field will be used to map your new category to a default filter group.

    Click 'Add' button to add and save your new category.



    The newly added category is now added in the Categories List page.
