Fuel Records report is one of the added features to the Reports section that is activated only if Extended Reports add-on is available in your subscription.

*Note: Changing the subscription plan and add-ons will affect your subscription prices.
If this feature is available, you can access this section in Admin view by going to the main menu > Reports > Fuel Records.
It will take you to a page below listing all records of fuel added for all vessels.
If you are looking for a specific record, click on the OPEN SEARCH FILTERS.
There you can filter the list by vessel, crew who entered the record, fuel type, entry dates, or a combination of these criteria.
Click SEARCH to apply the new filters and view the updated list of fuel records.
If you wish to reset the list to default, click on the OPEN SEARCH FILTERS again then click RESET.
From the Fuel Added Records page, you can export the list into a CSV file by clicking on the CSV button.
