    How to Add a Crew Member

    in For Admin Teams

    In this article, we cover how to add a new crew member.

    First head to Main Menu - People - All Users.



    Add the new user's First Name and Surname. Create a Username.



    Add crew Email. Note: all users require an email address to identify within our database.

    Create a password.



    Tick the relevant role of the user e.g Master, Crew, Pilot (for Ports use)



    Finally, select the user's primary duty and click 'Add' to save.



    Your new crew member is saved successfully.

    To view, delete or edit the crew details, select the three vertical dots.
