    How to Edit Crew Duties

    in For Admin Teams

Not all vessels have a Captain, Chief Engineer, First Officer or Chef. In this article, we cover how to edit crew duties so they are relevant to your operation.

First, Head to Main Menu > Settings > Crew Duties.

This opens up a page like below:

To edit a crew duty, click on the Edit pencil icon.

To delete a crew duty, click on Delete (Red rubbish bin icon).

To add a new crew duty, click the black plus (+) button at the bottom right corner of the page.

To change the title from Master/Captain to Skipper (or other), simply head to Main Menu > Settings > Company Details.

Scroll down to the 'Preferred Term to use' section to change.

Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
