If you've got something at SeaLogs and don't know how things work, you can use our Help section and Feedback feature.

You can find our detailed Help section by going to the Main Menu > Help. This will take you through whether you would like information for the administrators or the masters.

Alternatively, if you wish to contact the SeaLogs team, you can scroll down the page and click the Feedback button.

You can access this from any page, simply click on it. It will then ask for general feedback or to draw on the screen.
In the example below, we will be selecting the Draw on the screen option.

Hover over the area where we wish to provide feedback.

We can add an arrow and/or we can add a comment and save. Click the Next button.

Once we've done that, you will be asked to provide feedback on your experience. You also need to choose the priority

Leave a comment if this is just feedback, whether this is an urgent issue or a bug.
Click the Send feedback button.
You will be prompted with a Thank you for the feedback window. Click close or closes automatically.
SeaLogs team gets alerted with the information and we can then follow up accordingly.
