The Engine Room section of your logbook has two parts - Engine Reports and Fuel.
This article will guide you through the Fuel Records part only.
For the Engine Reports, click here.
To begin, click on the big black plus (+) button.
Next, enter the relevant details such as the time when the fuel refill was done, select the crew who entered the fuel, specify the amount of fuel added, and select the type of fuel added.
Click the floppy disk icon to save. This information may be valuable for your operation and especially in the reports section.
If fuel addition was done more than once a day, then it should be recorded by clicking the big black plus (+) button again and again as necessary.
If you wish to delete a fuel addition record, click on the red rubbish bin icon.
After all fuel additions for the day have been recorded, click on the SAVE FUEL button to complete.
*Note: The bottom save button SAVE ALL CHANGES is a shortcut to End of Day. It does save your logbook. However, if you select End of Day, this takes you to sign off for the day and close your logbook. Once you have closed your logbook for that day, you will not be able to enter any more information for that day.
All fuel addition records are listed in the main menu > Reports > Fuel Records. You will see a list of all fuel records as below.
*Note: Fuel Added Records report is a feature that is unlocked only if the Extended Reports add-on is activated in your subscription.
You can export this list into a CSV file by clicking the CSV icon.
If the Fuel Added Records list is too populated, you can filter the list by clicking the OPEN SEARCH FILTERS button.
You can filter your search by vessel, by crew who entered the fuel, by fuel type, by form/to entry dates, or a combination of these filters.
Then click on the SEARCH button to apply the filters.
