You must be in Admin view to access your company’s subscription plan and payment history.
Go to the main menu > Settings > Account.
Under the Subscription section, your subscription details are shown.
Here you can manage your subscription add-ons by clicking MANAGE ADD-ONS.
Activate or deactivate add-ons (example below) that apply to all your vessels and click UPDATE ADDONS to save the changes.
If you wish to upgrade your subscription, refer to the instructions in How to Upgrade Your Subscription by clicking this link.
Once an add-on is activated, it will automatically be added as a section or sub-section in your main menu.
*Note: Changing the subscription plan and add-ons will affect your subscription prices.
If your subscription is not yet active (“Subscription Not Active” mentioned at the bottom of your subscription details), you can activate it by clicking ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION as below.
Scroll down some more, you will see the Payment History section.
All payments that you have made for this account are shown here.
If you wish to update your credit card details, click on the UPDATE CREDIT CARD button.
