To save time entering several trip schedules into SeaLogs, you can also import your trip schedules (in CSV format) by following the below guidelines.
First, you must be in Admin view to view this section.
Main menu > Settings > Schedules > Schedule Imports.
Here you will see the list of all schedule imports. You can view, edit, or delete existing trip schedule imports on this page. You can also add new trip schedule imports.
If you wish to view an existing trip schedule import, click on the magnifying glass icon. This will show you the details of the trip schedule (example below).
From this page, you can edit or delete the schedule import being viewed, or go back to the list of schedule imports by clicking the 3-dots on the top right corner of the page.
Alternatively, you can also edit or delete trip schedule imports from the Trip Schedule Imports section page as below by clicking the pencil icon to edit or red rubbish bin icon to delete.
Remember to click SAVE CHANGES when you edit a schedule import to save the changes.
If you are deleting a schedule import, click CONTINUE to confirm delete.
However, if you wish to add a new schedule import, click on the black plus (+) button as below.
Fill in all necessary details of the schedule import such as Service Name and Schedule Type, then upload the CSV file.
The column formatting of the CSV file depends on the selected Schedule Type. Please refer to the Import File Guidelines below.
After uploading the CSV file, select the assigned vessel/s for the schedule and click ADD to complete.
*Note: Adding a trip schedule CSV file does not automatically import the trip schedules into SeaLogs. You will have to manually IMPORT FILE by clicking the black cloud (with down arrow) icon next to the 3-dots.
A successfully imported file will show the below confirmation notification.
All trip schedules listed in the CSV file you just imported are now added to the Trip Report Schedules section. Main menu > Settings > Schedule > Trip Schedules.
