    User Permissions and Access

    in For Admin Teams

The easiest way to review the level of access permitted to an access group - an access group (or just ‘group’) being an Admin person, Masters, and Crew - is to go to:

Main menu > Settings > Access Control.

Here’s a video demonstrating the steps: How to edit level of access

If you select ALL GROUP PERMISSIONS, it is easy to review, change, and edit the lists according to what type of permission you wish a group to have. For example:

The green tick indicates that the permission as named on the left is turned on for that group.

Work your way through the list accordingly and at the bottom, remember to click SAVE.

You can also review and change which crew member has what permission in the Crew List section. Go to main menu > People > Crew List.
